How to lose 10 kilos (22 lbs) in a week !
It can't be that simple and easy ! I am giving you this FREE. No e-book. No Cickbank. JUST DO IT !
This is for real. I do weigh a lot, so not everyone will lose AS much as 10kg's (22lbs) in a week, but you can lose a lot of weight on this diet without starving yourself.
I get up very late and go to bed late so you may want to adjust the rules of the diet to suit your circumstances.
Firstly, get a good stock of nice cucumbers and tomatoes in with some nice baby onions. Have your last meal for the week on a Friday night, and start on Saturday by eating NOTHING till 5 pm each day. I get up at 1pm so that's around 4 hours after you get up. If you are really starving then you may have a crispy green apple after one hour of being awake.
If you can extend your first meal of cucumbers and tomatoes and onions till after 5pm, going to 6, 7, or 8 - even better.
Then you can slice up 1 tomato (med - large) and
1 cucmber (large) on a plate with a baby onion to spice it up. Pour some
cider vinegar on with some black pepper if you like. Eat the plate slowly.
Lemon juice can also be used as a dressing. NO OIL OR OTHER COMMERCIAL
DRESSING OF ANY KIND.
Also, make sure you sleep and relax AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE as this will limit the bodies production of cortisol which makes you fat.
Lastly, IF YOU GET HUNGRY AFTER ONE HOUR OR TWO JUST REPEAT THE PLATE OF CUCUMBERS !!
Drink lots of water. Try to drink sparkling to fill you up if you feel empty earlier in the day. Not too much though !
Then, finally, take one pill of (400 -500 mg)magnesium each day and do some 10 - 20 minutes of aerobic exercise -- enough to make you sweat a little but not so tired you want to eat to regain your enegy. This exercise is important to lose the weight but not as important as the diet!
You will lose weight.
Check with your doctor before going on any diet. I am not recommending this as such and I just tell you what worked for me real well.
